As a courtesy, we will coordinate with your termite / pest inspection company to have them complete their inspection and report during our scheduled inspection.  We will forward that report to you or your designated representative.

** Louisiana State Law prohibits Licensed Home Inspectors from reporting on the presence or absence of pests such as wood damaging organisms, rodents, or insects; however the home inspector may advise the client of damages to the building and recommend further inspection by a licensed wood destroying insect inspector.**
